I would add the appearance on the pictures led me to believe it was a pair(two) of torches. I just didn't read it carefully so I had to order a second one. Otherwise its a great product and very impressive in the yard when we have people over.

This torch is truly beautiful and contemporary. It is easy to set up. Just attach a propane cylinder (100% propane -- like the blue plumber's torch available at lots of stores for $3) and you are ready to go. I tried to put mine directly in the ground which is way too hard and broke off the plastic pointy end piece, so I put it in a deep pot and it looks great! I had a problem with the on/off switch, but customer service took care of it right away. You can hear the gas hiss when you are burning the torch, which is a bit unexpected, but not too bad. You can adjust the flame. It looks best when there is no wind. This is certainly a unique torch and fits well with modern and contemporary outdoor design.
