    I purchased these torches because I detest the wooden tiki torches or the wax torches! i was actually going to purchase from a catalog beautiful stainless steel slim line torches that were triple the price of yours, but the slim line was a bit contemporary. Thats when I decided to look on line and found yours. I am leary about purchasing from a website that i am no familiar with or heard of, but those torches were just what I had in mind. I purchased them in the nickel finish and had my son's graduation party. I cant tell yow how many people came up and asked where I purchased them. I recently forwarded your address to everyone so they too can rid themselves of those awful torches they have! Thanks Kiki Owen

    ONE POLE WAS SMOOTH AND NICE AND THE OTHER POLE WAS VERY ROUGH. ALSO THE HOOK FOR THE SNUFFER CHAIN WHICH WAS NOT INCLUDED, IS WAY TOO LOW.

          I bought a number of these a couple of years ago for around our Summer kitchen and pond. We added a walk way from the patio to driveway and wanted to light it with more of these beautiful torches. I like the redesign for filling. Takes much less time but still can be a little messy. At least you don't have to do it often with the large capacity.

            beautiful torches. I ordered 5 of them. On one of the poles though the wood was cracked and split( surprised that this wasn't caught during some kind of quality control check) so I do have to send that one back to get a replacement., but I would still recommend the product

            Q1: Do your oil torches have permanent wicks?

            A: This torch does have a fiberglass wick, so it is permanent.

            Q2: How does the torch attach to the ground?

            A: The torch comes with a hard wood stake that must be pounded into the ground and then the torch is placed on top of the stake.
